Karan brings a rare combination to the table — the technical grounding of an engineer, the discipline of a process-improvement specialist, and the field-tested instincts of an operator who has personally taken 1,000+ bids across 110+ commodity categories, from technical services to heavy manufacturing.

He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified SolidWorks Designer, allowing him to read complex engineering drawings, analyze specifications, and speak the exact technical language of buyers and shop-floor teams. This fluency was sharpened as Founder and Operations Head at H.T. Engineering, an OEM of axial fans and blowers, where he built and managed manufacturing operations end-to-end.

As a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Expert, Karan applies a simple philosophy to every client engagement: identify the process, eliminate the waste, remove the human errors, and then scale. His boardroom-level perspective comes from serving as Director at Toolman Industries Private Limited, giving him deep insight into scalability, statutory compliance, and corporate governance. Combined with his early background as a Quality Control (QC) Engineer at Utility Centre, where 100% technical compliance was non-negotiable, Karan ensures every deliverable Procuris puts forward is audit-ready and bulletproof.
